Thanksgiving itself was not the traditional kind. My family had “Thanksgiving Dinner” the Saturday before, and my wife’s family had it the day after Thanksgiving. So on Thanksgiving Day, my folks had us over for Dinner - just the 4 of us. Not normal Thanksgiving food either — we had pot roast instead (yum).

I managed to find parts & fix my old xbox; and it’s currently in the care of my Father in law; mainly to see if he’d be into playing video games in general. Jury’s still out on that one, but it was worth a try.

And to round things out, I can’t complain about Christmas music anymore, because, well... it is the season... I just don’t like holiday music; no real reason why, but I don’t like it.

Google sent me an invitation to try out Google Wave. So far, it looks much like what it is purported to be: A replacement for email that has other nice things like real-time chat & gadgets for showing data (like maps, etc). I think it has promise to be useful, actually...
